Rob at DreamRide was incredible to work with! He answered all of my questions promptly, provided multiple options for what would suit our group's needs and was able to ensure we will have worry-free and luxurious transportation while on vacation with our 3 families and multiple children! There was absolutely zero gimmicks or hidden fees, and he was the only customer service representative that I spoke with (after calling multiple other local companies) who was actually pleasant to speak with and eager to assist. Highly recommend.

DreamRide was a great company to work with. We decided to host our 25th class reunion in FL. Its always a small anxiety, working with companies far away, but Dream Ride eased that concern. They answered my questions, had a seamless electronic payment system, was very responsive in the interim time between deposit and execution. They also provided driver contact information before the scheduled date. The driver, Heather, was on time and very nice. The bus was beautiful and comfortable.

Scheduled last minute 2 days before my son's 16th birthday, they were super prompt and friendly the driver (Dante) showed up on time and was friendly and great with the boys as well! We reserved a party bus to take the boys to dinner. When dinner was over they were picked up and drove down by the beach for a little extra time that we had paid for. They had a blast and we will definitely be calling them again and asking for Dante to be our driver.

Can't say enough about the service from booking to ride. Booked a bus to take our family to the port. Port was closed for most of the day due to an accident and Francheska and our driver Miguel were so patient and understanding despite a 10 hour delay. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them again in the future. Thank you for being so patient and understanding!
