Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We operate by appointment only. Please give us a call to schedule your dream ride today!


Q: Aren’t all luxury transportation services the same?

A: Of course not! Just like every restaurant you visit is different, each luxury transportation company you come into contact with won’t be the same either. For example, some companies only offer transportation to and from special events. And, others may only offer transportation for corporate needs. Certainly, you want to choose a transportation company that meets all of your needs. So, it’s important to do your own research first! Check out past client testimonials, the fleet of vehicles available, and customer service features. This way, you know you’re choosing the best luxury transportation company for your needs.


Q: When should I book my appointment for my luxury transportation?

A: As soon as you know when and where you need your luxury transport to take you, you can make your appointment! Make sure to have all the information handy when booking your appointment including how many people, where your pick up and drop off destinations are, and the time of day you need transport!


Q: Are there any booking fees I can prepare for before booking my luxury transportation?

A: Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be used for the overall price of your transportation. But, if you cancel, will not be refunded. For stretch limos, we require a $100 deposit and for party buses, there is a $200 deposit required.


Q: Can I view the fleet of vehicles before booking an appointment for luxury transportation?

A: Of course! We know that you want your special event or corporate transportation to go perfectly. So, we allow anyone who’s interested to come by and check out our vehicles. This way, you can be certain you’re choosing the right vehicle and the right transportation company!


Q: Can I book transportation for a special event that includes multiple pick-ups and drop-offs?

A: We can certainly offer pick-up and drop-off services for your next special event. However, this will be billed hourly. The advantages of choosing our company for this service would include being able to leave your belongings in the vehicle, having the same chauffeur all day/evening, and unlimited pick-up and drop-offs.


Q: What kind of features do your luxury transportation vehicles offer?

A: Each one of our luxury vehicles offers LED outdoor lighting, ice coolers, bottled water, and AUX-accessible speakers. Certainly, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks for the ride. And, alcohol is permitted for passengers over the age of 21. However, we suggest taking only pre-packaged alcoholic beverages to avoid spills.


Q: Is there a cleaning fee?

A: We will only charge you a cleaning fee if the vehicle used in your transportation is overly dirty. This may include spills, stains, and vomit on the carpet or upholstery. The minimum clean up fee is $250.


Q: Is there a damage fee?

A: We will only charge you a damage fee if the vehicle used in your transportation has been damaged in any way. The fee may vary depending on the assessment of the vehicle’s damage.


Q: Is smoking permitted inside the vehicles?

A: No. If any passengers are found smoking or the vehicle smells of smoke after transport, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.


Q: Do I need to tip my driver?

A: Quality service of any kind can be encouraged with tips. If you’re wanting to tip our drivers for exceptional service, we recommend a gratuity of 20%. Remember, the fee of our transportation services DOES NOT include tip. So, if you want your driver to feel as though they’ve done a great job, a tip is a great way to do so.


Q: How should I pay for transportation services?

A: We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for Deposits only. If you’d like to use a credit card, you must fill out the click to accept and follow the download options needed. Balance is due upon the drivers arrival for service by Cash to the driver, Zelle or Venmo. No Credit or debit cards are excepted for final payment.


Q: How can I make my luxury transportation reservation with DreamRide?

Q: Do you have car seats available for infants and small children?

A: Yes, we do have these available upon special request. However, there may be an additional fee for use.


Q: Do you offer shuttle busses?

A: Yes! We have a luxury mini shuttle bus that can seat up to 30 passengers.


Q: Can I request a specific driver for my transportation?

A: Yes! We know that our repeat customers may want to utilize a driver that has treated them with care in the past. So, if you would like to suggest a specific driver, we will make our best efforts to provide the driver you want for your transportation needs.


Q: What airports can you provide transportation to and from?

A: We offer pick up and drop off services to airports including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Miami International Airport, and Palm Beach International Airport.


Q: What do drivers/chauffers wear during transportation?

A: We know that many of our clients are being transported to elegant events like weddings and corporate meetings. So, we pride ourselves in looking our best. All of our drivers wear black suits with white dress shirts as a standard uniform.


Q: When does the transportation rental start and end?

A: Your rental begins with your pick-up and ends with the drop-off to your set destination.


Q: What if we need the rental longer than we initially thought?

A: If you find yourself needing more time with our transportation vehicles, we provide a 15-minute grace period. If you need the rental longer than 15 minutes, you will be charged our hourly fee.


Q: If I booked a 10-passenger vehicle but now need room for 11, can the extra person just come anyway?

A: No. We can only transport the maximum number of passengers allotted for each vehicle in order to promote your safety. And, stick within the measures of the law. If you find yourself needing a larger vehicle to accommodate your new needs, you can call us to upgrade. However, additional fees may apply for upgrading to a larger vehicle.


Q: Can we listen to our own music?

A: Yes. All of our luxury transport vehicles are equipped with AUX hookups. So, you can play any of your music from your smartphone, MP3 player, or tablet devices.


Q: How will I know when my ride is ready to pick me up?

A: When our driver arrives at your pick-up destination, he/she will call the contact provided to us during the reservation process. Remember, be on the lookout for your driver at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup in case any directional issues occur. And, if you need to speak with your driver before pickup, just call our office!


Q: How will my driver know when our party is ready to leave?

A: Your driver will provide you and your party with a business card with a phone number. When you’re ready to be picked up and brought to your final destination, simply call this number.


Q: How do Credits Work?

A: Credits issued are valid 6 months from the issued date. If the credit is the result of cancelation and/or rescheduling there is no extension of the credit, if canceled or rescheduled again (on 2nd cancelation) Any cancelations or rescheduling for a 2nd time will forfeit your credit and/or deposits on file. No exceptions. No further credits will be due or honored.
