If you love both food and wine, you’ll love the Las Olas Wine and Food Festival held in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale on April 22nd! The whole street is closed off for this event so that everyone can walk the street and enjoy the experience. Both vendors and restaurants will serve food and wines from all over the world. And, live music and dancing are to be enjoyed as well.
This party is for the seafood lovers! Pompano Beach, just south of Deerfield Beach and just north of Ft. Lauderdale, holds an annual seafood festival at the Pompano Beach Community Park and Amphitheater. This year, the event will be hosted on April 22-24 and will include seafood vendors, kids’ activities, car and boat show displays, a craft fair, live music, and more! If you like the idea of a craft fair and seafood festival but don’t want to stay farther north, there is also one in Vero Beach from April 30 – May 1 at the Indian River Fairgrounds. It’s a flea market event that features a number of nautical vendors selling boating and fishing equipment along with nautical artwork and crafts.
